"15 to 20 minute wait for a regular product on the menu - 10 traditional wings. 8pm, closes at 10 pm so regular dinner hours for most hard working folk. I've gotten wings faster at Pluckers. It's not even advertised as made to order. So frozen wings take that long to make? Hard pass, I won't be back"

"Ordered a family sized meal to go, we picked up. The place was empty and clean my order was ready to go and was hot. I had.to drive 30 min. From this location as there aren't locations farther north. My food was still warm, fries were amazing as were the tenders. Wish you got more sauces with this amount of food."

"I do not like giving bad reviews, BUT the chicken tenders were half delicious, and part not chewable. The French fries could have been cooked a little more, and tasted like they were frozen fries that needed to be cooked better, and warmed up. We love Golden Chick, and compare most chicken places to them. We will not be back."

"Please close this location before gets food poisoning! It’s filthy here. They just opened when we were here meaning no customers had been here yet. Every seat has crumbs in it and the garbage can looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. The plastic serving tray just needed to be thrown out. As first customers you would think the food would be fresh, it was like warm. Sad part is, the person who made our Luke warm food was training someone new. Employees park in all the front spaces giving the appearance that it’s busy, but it’s just their cars taking up customer parking. Whoever is the franchise owner of this place obviously doesn’t know anything about the business."
