"This visit was not as good as usual. Most of the time this Whataburger is pretty fast and gets the food right. I'm here about once a week and for some reason this particular time they were running slow and the device to scan the app was not working in the drive thru. Order was still correct but the fries were overcooked."

"Went in on a Sunday morning, the line was three cars deep but it wasn’t moving. Stood at the counter for a minute before someone said they would be with us but they never came. The lady behind the counter just kept asking someone else to come take our order. We waited a for five minutes before we just decided to leave. Walked outside and the same three cars were still in the same spot."

Cashier was rude and seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. Most employees were not helpful and engaged. They just started with a snarky face."
