"Service is amazing, the people on staff are so lovely. The food is pretty good. The restaurant has a great atmosphere. I've just been on the prowl for El Pastor with Pineapple Chunks and a sweet/lightly spicy Mole since I moved here from San Antonio... Haven't found the dishes that hit the spot locally yet!"
"The food was delicious!! The atmosphere was welcoming and a club vibe. Had a live band playing all sorts of music!! All they needed was a dance floor!! There was a seat available soon as we walked through the door. The band sang Happy Birthday to anyone who was having one. It was our first time coming here, and we had a great time!!"
"For anyone who wants a good meal at good prices. I tried the two burritos specialty meals. That hit the spot just right. The service was quick, I mean fastest service in any restraint sit and dining I have ever had. The chips and spicy salsa were on point and filling in themselves. Nice and thick hot chips. The food was all the way good, from the rice being authentic to the burritos being filling and tasty. Had shredded chicken and ground beef. Smothered in cheese was a really good treat for me. Most places with plates so big have some compromise going on. Here, they seem to keep quality in the meal. The server himself made sure to do his best infact the whole staff is more than attentive to the customer. Will be coming back for more sometimes. Gotta try the skillet plate some time for its a really good price. Can't forget there are 3 good setting arrangements. One is the inside back of the dining. Separated nicely, having a house like feel. Then, the main dining from the kitchen is close to the outside. In the outside is in-house but still outdoors feeling."
"Food was 3/5 starts but the service brought it down to 2. They never checked up on us after food was dropped. Once we were done eating, it took about 10 minutes before our waitress came by and we asked for to go's and the hill at the same time. The major feeling I got from the food was the debate of whether things were store bought versus made in house. And even if they were made in house, then I feel like HEB does it better (chips and tortillas in particular). At the end of the day, the big question "Would I come back?" Probably not."
"Good Tex-Mex place. Nothing overtly special and nothing really bad. We had a larger party than normal (8) and it took longer than expected to get the table ready even though it was not very busy. Regular drinks and chips/dips came quickly and then everything slowed way down. Margarita was great. Food was good, once it all arrived. The 15 minutes between when the first plate was delivered and the last to be delivered caused a cooling off that was not beneficial for enjoyment of the dishes. I am marking this one down as "not good for groups"."
