"We had the most enjoyable time shopping for my daughter's prom dress! The ladies are extremely helpful, sweet, professional, just enjoyable to be around. There was one thing disappointing. Customers trying on dresses and leaving them piled up in the dressing rooms. They could of at least put them on a hanger after trying them on, no consideration for the employees. The employees were like moms cleaning up after their little kids. I totally recommend this place but please be considerate and respectful just put the clothes back or hang on a hanger properly."

"Love this place! Has an outfit for any occasion . Staff could be nicer. I rather not get help than deal with a bad attitude , even at checkout they can be pretty rude ."

"Jonelle is the rudest (Assistant Manager First Colony Mall) is the rudest person I ever met. I drove 2 hours in traffic to pick up a dress for my daughter‘s homecoming because this is the only location that had the address. The store closes at 8 PM and I was there at 7:58 PM. Jonelle told me that since she had already closed the gate that I could not purchase the dress. I explained to her that I live out of town and I would not be able to travel back on another day. She replied oh well, I’m not gonna open the gate. There were other customers still in the store shopping. I asked her for her managers name and she pretended like she didn’t know her manager’s information. I asked for the managers phone number or email address and she said that she did not know it. I finally asked for corporate information and she told me to go research it. I have never been treated so poorly. I have been a loyal customer to Windsor. I normally have a pleasant shopping experience when I shop in-store. However, I will not shop here as long as she is an employee at the store."

"I was so excited when I saw that there was a Windsor dress store opening in Sugar Land. It use to be a really good special occasion dress store, but as of late it's just not what it use to be, the quality has declined big time. I also was not impressed with their customer service at this location. I was in there with my 2 sister's and walked around the entire store not 1 employee acknowledged we were there. The manager was at the register on her phone pretending to check emails un-interested on whats going on around her and the 1 sale associate was steaming clothes in the corner and talking to another employee that was trying on clothes. I would only go back if I really needed to."
