"The owner was crusty yet not unkind. Kind of fun to talk to. Service was good. Breakfast tacos were good. Could expand options a little. No migas?!! Prices were around average. I would return, but not have about it. It does open early and can be a great breakfast place if you're an early riser. Didn't sample the BBQ, so can't comment on that. Overall impression? 6 out of 10."

"Home town feel at this place, where the owners are working and they know your name. I had the sausage wrap, which was just what I wanted. Reminded me of my last camping trip. Donut shops need to stop using the word "sausage" to describe their sausage kolaches. At least amigos uses proper sausages. My friends ordered the brisket which was good. Not as good as Terry Black's but way better than Salt Lick. The shopping strip feels sketchy but I can see how this place stays in business."

"Small BBQ Mexican food place. Their daily specials include a drink. Fries were done right, but overall the food was nothing special. The drink dispenser or ice dispenser needs to be cleaned as the flavor was off. We signed the ticket but did not add a tip as there was no service involved. They decided to add one on their own. Hope the two dollars and some change was worth it, as you have now alienated a potential customer."
