"The positives: food was ok as far as Tex Mex goes. Tostadas were warm and fresh. Margaritas were good. After all this, everything else went downhill. As soon as I walk in, I'm standing like an idiot while 4 women/girls were at the front. Surprisingly, a 5th female popped up from behind the counter and asked if she could help me. I thought to myself, "this is a restaurant, I would like to eat." That's what I told her. She led me to a table and since I saw it was happy hour, I ordered a margarita. Happy hour price, $9. They brought tostadas, salsa, the margarita and eventually the food. After that, nobody came around to see if I needed anything else. I had to flag down a waiter from another section. Anyway, I finished my meal, finally the waitress (according to the receipt, her name is Cecia) made an appearance to drop off my check. Again, nobody came back, so I go to the front to pay and I was told rudely that I should pay the waitress! I would if I could find her. She was young, maybe inexperienced, but the management or team leaders should train her right. Obviously, this is a successful restaurant chain, but I was completely disappointed with the service. Maybe it's hit or miss, try you luck."

"We usually don't have a bad experience here but one time when me and my dad visited here we ordered small items. I ordered a small soup and it took over 30 mins to receive it and we weren't told that the soup ran out till after we asked but everyone who came later got theirs first (soup). If this was communicated to us at first we wouldn't have been upset. Other than that the food here isn't bad."

"I first visited Casa Garcia years ago at their original location off William Cannon. This was my first visit to their newest location in Pflugerville Tx. Erick was an excellent server and was quick to get our drinks and order. The music was great and not too loud where one could still have a conversation. The food came just as I specifically ordered and was so delicious. I will definitely be back and highly recommend to all the locals!!"

"Usually I go to the Manor location and it's always great. Here i sat for 20 minutes before someone came to take my drink order. Another 10 minutes for my order to be taken, I waited another 30 minutes for my food. I get my food and the beans are luke warm and dry, and my enchiladas are smaller than usual. Never coming back."

"Very good Mexican restaurant. The service is good (thanks Leslie for waiting our table!) and the food is awesome. The sizzling beef and chicken fajitas came out very quickly. New Mexican fav!"
