"They put you on hold when you call them and never get back with you."
"Came in to get my battery charged and the white guy at the counter said it was already fully charged and I told him how the other day I came in and I was told it was 75% charged (didn’t have time to have it charged then) I was curious as to why the same battery was reading different when I did nothing to it and he just said “I don’t know” and gave me a look that made me feel I inconvenienced him for asking, I tried asking more questions to get a better understanding but he just kept saying he didn’t know. Thankfully another autozone location educated me on the possible reasons and what to do."
