"Completely unacceptable to be not acknowledged or greeted for >25 minutes. There’s a sign that says seat yourself and a server would come by. None did. We went and got our own menus, asked one of the runners if we had a waiter and he pointed at a woman taking orders from other tables. No offer of waters or to see if he could assist. Gave up after 25 minutes."

"Great spot, I agree with previous reviews that the brussel sprouts are worth ordering. I didn't have a huge appetite, but I'd like to come back in warmer weather, maybe sit outside and try a burger. We found this place after searching for an "Irish pub"; it's not quite that, but we weren't disappointed thanks to friendly service and pleasant decor"

"My kid was excited to take me here. I ordered the burger of the month and it was way too oily, that I couldn't finish it. It didn't come with any veggies and there was no waiter around to ask for some. I went to the bar and requested tomatoes and lettuce and they were brought very quickly, which was great. The tomatoes covered some of the oil of the burger, but not enough to enjoy it. We got wings as appetizers, they come out with the main course and though the sauce was great, the boneless wings themselves were pretty dry. We weren't offered water and no one came to check on us until we finished. The atmosphere is nice, but not worth a $70 meal for 2."

"We have come a few times and I dare to say they’re the best craft burgers we’ve had in Austin. We really like the Brussels sprouts as well. I ordered the burger of the week that had fried green tomato, bacon, caramelo es onion and two types of cheese. It was amazing but I couldn’t finish it. My boyfriend had the Smash burger which was also pretty good. The Brussels sprouts were also great, so much so they didn’t get their photo. I highly recommend coming in not so busy times cause the food was amazing."
