"Once again, this Whataburger location is a big letdown. Store closes without notice and if you place a mobile order, there's a big chance that you'll waste gas going to that specific location. All of the staff ignored myself and other customers that arrived as we were standing outside the doors, trying to get their attention. Iunno why, but service is always a coin toss when it should be consistent like their other competitors. Shame...."

"As I walked in the establishment, I was hit with the auroma of fresh patties grilling and the sound of laughter and Joy. Typically, fast food chains employees seem to be dreading their work. This whataburger counters that stereotype completely. Specifically, Greg from the front counter greets you with such delight and great energy. Greg is one of the most loving, energetic, and enthusiastic men I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. He greets each customer with so much personality is it difficult for the customer to keep a smile off of their face. I’m not sure what they are paying Greg, but I know he deserves far more."

"Went to Whataburger this morning and the lady was nice but get home eat half way through my burger just to find somebody’s fake hair in it. SMH"

"Paid 1.90 for an extra chicken strip and they didn’t include it. I mean is it hard to read the order you’re making? They handed me a 4 piece in a fry box (not the chicken strip box) for the car behind me. Took it back and gave it to that car. But when I get my box there’s only 3. Then I had to wait 5 minutes for them to make 1 extra strips. Disappointed in the service especially paying for something extra and not receiving it and then having to wait because they messed up my order."

"It was easy to place my order. I wanted a single biscuit sandwich. I was not pressured to ordered to order a full breakfast combo. Whataburger makes your food fresh, so I anticipated a bit of a wait, but it was a bit longer than I expected. The employee at the window even wondered what was taking so long. The only good thing about the wait is that the items on my sandwich were truly fresh and hot. That said, my biscuit wasn't very soft, which was very disappointing.  I realize they have to bake many in advance, but they should be able to keep them moist."
