"Very disappointing! We’ve ordered from Bar Louie several times in the past and always liked what we got. Today was a very different experience. Lettuce that had gone bad, super dry chicken, soggy zucchini and very dry tots. Hopefully this is just a one off situation given we’ve had good food there before."

"I was in town on a business trip and I ordered late lunch from them. Shrimp and grits it came with no bacon sausage or gravy. I kept trying to call the phone number that was on the online order and nobody was answering it was just hanging up. Frustrated I Responded to the review that was sent via email. Then I decided to look up the phone number to the restaurant. I was transferred to the manager, Wendy McCoy who said not a problem come on back and I'll be make it for you. I explained that I had some meetings and i'd be back later that evening. Three hours later I came in and she was polite absolute nice and she said I already haven't going for you. I asked if she could bring it to my room she said not a problem. Showed up 20 minutes later with the best shrimp and grits I have ever had and that is my number one go to. She was also sweet enough to include a piece of chocolate cake. Honestly the shrimp and grits was so delicious with the gravy and the bacon in the sausage the cake was literally just icing on top of the great service and fixing a little mistake. I hope that Wendy is given a raise and promoted and I highly recommend this restaurant great food and great service hard to come by these days."

"First time here and I think I picked the wrong night. I had to wait a while for my server because I guess she also had a party of 30. I was about to leave when she showed up to my table. My food came before my drink from the bar. My food was very good and the drink not so much. I only seen my server twice--once to order and when I asked for my check. I might come back for the burgers for lunch and not dinner."

"A lively place to have a drink in Round Rock. The service was great and our meal was delicious. I like the half price burgers on Tuesdays and the martini selection is fun. They have an outdoor patio too which is a nice touch."
