"Worst Customer Service ever! My husband went today to get the warranty for 1 starter that he bought 8-9 months ago and he was just trying to get a new part and give the old one back but he couldn’t do that right away since he came in the car he had to fix. So they made him buy a whole new one and told him he will get his refund back once he brings the old one back. My husband even told that guy to write that on the receipt and his name so that way when my husband came he would have proof and the guy told him he doesn’t have to do it because it’s in the system already . So he did it and when he went back to drop the old one to get his money back, the same guy that told him that he would get his money back, said he couldn’t do that. And they only wanted to give him the core money back which was only $11 This is the worst advance auto parts we had ever dealt with. Never coming back honestly."

"Good service but prices could be better. I would suggest ordering online to usually receive a lower price and just opt for in store pickup. The easiest way to do this is to take advantage of the percentage off offers that appear each time you go to the website. If you are already at the store, the staff members can assist you with part numbers if necessary."

"The salesman was nice and some what helpful, but didn't seem to want to get his hands dirty. I have been to other auto stores and they were very helpful and would actually do the job for you,but this guy did not want to help in that way. But he was somewhat helpful."
