IHOP

"There are only a few people working on busy "brunch time" I'm not one to send food back but, after a 45 minute wait for the food to come, everything came out cold. I had to send my pancakes and french toast back."

"This IHOP location is ran very poorly by management. The tables are dirty, dirty air vents & there are water marks on the ceiling. There is black matter coming out of the vents too. Hopefully it's not a mold problem. Beware this restaurant has failed health inspections recently. This location is always understaffed & there are long waits even when the restaurant is empty. A manager named Sherri has to cook the food & does a very poor job at it. I ordered cheesecake pancakes & she didn't put any cheesecake bits in my order. I tried speaking to her about it but she became defensive immediately & was very rude towards me. She said that she made them the way that they are supposed to be made. I have consumed the cheesecake pancakes several times over the years & never had an issue with the quality. The manager had an attitude & was very ignorant. She lacks basic customer service skills. Sherri even got confrontational when I said that I will reach out to the GM & corporate. A set of plain pancakes were brought out first. The server brought them back to Sherri to fix. Her response was to put whipped cream & frozen strawberries on the regular pancakes. Then she has the nerve to get an attitude over her mistake. There are a lot of issues that need to be addressed here. This location could be the worst operated IHOP in the state of Texas."

"The food was fast, but my omelette was burnt. I was hungry, so I ate it. Anyways bathrooms were disgusting stunk like urine. The server was very polite. I can say that the server was very well."

"Im a Travel Nurse in the Area and I ordered breakfast via Uber eats. I ordered 2x2x2 Breakfast along with a side of biscuits and gravy. The entire order was $32 compared to the $16 I would have spent dining in. My food arrived without the biscuits and gravy and upon so I complained to Uber and was reimbursed then I opened my eggs and bacon just to find long black hair in my eggs and wrapped around the outside and inside of my bacon, I quickly threw it all out. Food quality was bad I had 2 bites before seeing the hair. It is actually the worst experience I ever had at an IHOP. I then took pictures and Uber is reimbursing me. I called the restaurant to let them know what happened and I was on hold for a manager for 17 minutes when I was finally sent to a voicemail. Between the food the missing items and the service it is a 3 strikes youre out for me. I don’t want a gift card or anything due to I will never eat here again but for someone who was once in the food industry it should be an ABSOLUTE must that you wear hair nets around any food in the kitchen I highly suggest this before you ruin someone else’s breakfast. Hopefully you take this advice its unfortunate for something that could have been prevented."

"Used to go here before Covid and it got worse over the months so we stopped going for maybe 3-4 years Tried again today figuring it must be under new management, and it is! Angel is the new manager and talked with her for a while and found out they had remodeled and business has begun increasing again!! Our waitress was Angela and quite pleasant, efficient, and prompt. The food was hot, as were the drinks! Everything was clean. The bathroom didn't get remodeled and it shows!! Would recommend it once again and hopefully, they keep getting workers willing to work."
