"I came in Tuesday, February 13th at 5 pm. Upon arrival, I noticed an employee shift change happening. The 2 employees leaving, a guy and a girl, were annoyed that they had to stay later. The young guy coming in was actually pulled from another location by the manager of the store to come work there. The 2 employees there prior did not restock, clean, or anything. The young guy there, Luis, did his job perfect to the best of his ability under the conditions he walked into. He was very professional and polite! Management needs to address this situation with the 2 previous employees. There was no ice, veggies not restocked, bathroom was nasty, and drink area was appalling. Luis needs a raise or moved to management! I don't know this kid but how he handled himself, showed amazing work ethic. I would have left or been visually angry if I was in his position. He just had a smile on his face and was positive the entire time. Simply amazing!"
"I went in to order sandwich to take to granddaughter at HS. Was told I'd have to wait because the THREE employees there had to catch up with online orders. I asked how long a wait because I was on a tight schedule and I could go someplace else. One employee said he'd make my sandwich. If I hadn't been made to feel I was interfering, I'd have gotten a sandwich for myself. I've been in retail/ customer service for 54 years and this has NEVER been acceptable. Why are online orders more important than walk ins? I won't be going back there. If she wants me to bring her food in future, there are many many places to choose from."
"Not even Shakespeare could have written a play that is as tragic as this subway. Not only are the sandwiches so crudely made that they could surely pass as cavemen art, but the employees need a desperate check in the food handling department. I ordered my sandwich just like any other chap on the block, and while it was being made, one of the employees nearly touched it with his bare hands. Okay, mildly concerning, but he didn't end up touching it so whatever. I finished ordering my sandwich and we decided to order some cookies. Wrong choice it seems, for the employee at the register decides to ignore the tongs next to the cookies and simply grabs them with her hands. She then says "don't worry, my hands are clean!" as if those words hold any water. What a shame. It was also this same employee who we, unknowingly so, walked in on having a major battle with the toaster oven a couple months back. The employee slammed it and yelled multiple obscenities at it, as if the toaster oven had defiled her honor somehow. We made sure to leave promptly. Anyways the sandwich was decent aside from it being flooded in sauce."
"Literally the most god awful establishment I’ve ever visited. Thought I stumbled into the local dumpster but no, it was just the Subway. The customer service was horrid, not to mention the sandwich. I bet a starving, homeless person would avoid going to that subway if he knew what was up. The owner must be slowly running out funds considering the store is always lacking veggies and has the same 3-4 employees, that are there 24/7. I’ve been there a couple of times and it hasn’t improved whatsoever. One time I got my sandwich and the worker used the SAME knife to close mine, my friend’s and the next person’s sandwich. Very unsanitary ngl. Today, I walked in and they told me that they don’t take cash because apparently they just hate coins? Idk. One of the workers kept talking about it and bothering me as if I was his therapist or something. The other worker wore gloves and made my sandwich pretty well (which is very surprising) but wouldn’t listen to my actual order so I had to say it multiple times. The worker then asked my friend what cheese she wanted and she said provolone. The employee then proceeded to say “so American?” And grabbed the American cheese. I thought she was deaf but apparently no, she just decided to ignore our order because apparently provolone cheese was not her friend. She made the rest of our order and we went to pay. That’s when I made the greatest mistake of my life and asked for a cookie. By that time, the worker had already taken her gloves off. Sadly, she decided to forget the tongs and grab my cookie with her bare hands with the words “I promise my hands are clean” and an innocent smile. Needless to say that cookie ended up in the trash. Anyways, the restaurant itself was clean and the sandwich was delicious, so honestly I’m not super upset. Never going there again tho! Don’t visit unless u wanna get a bacterial infection and perhaps anger issues."
