"My food was kinda eh, my burgers were pretty much cold and not so tasty. That makes twice out of 3 times. Might be just bad luck on my timing. I wouldn't say not to go there they have other stuff I haven't tried that might be really good I don't know. But I'll try at a different location for myself."

"Do not stop by this location if you are in a hurry or only have a set amount of time for a lunch/dinner break. They are always very slow, unorganized and it does not matter if you order ahead on the App. Food does not come out fresh and hot and seems like it has been sitting for a while. I am not one to complain but I asked to speak to the manager today to voice my concerns. She stated she started at this location 2 days ago and knows there are some issues so hopefully she can turn things around."

"I have been to this Whataburger twice now. The service is incredibly slow at the drive thru. Once I got home with my food, a Whataburger with cheese and fries. The bun was so dry I couldn't even eat it. The fries were cold and stale. I actually ended up throwing a $10 meal in the trash. Disappointing, very disappointing."

"I ordered the chili cheese burger with grilled onions and grilled jalapeños. My burger came out absolutely slathered in mustard. I like mustard but this was overkill. They did remake it but then they forgot my grilled onions and grilled jalapeños that I’m sure I was charged for. I was too frustrated to say anything else so I just left."

"I've never seen a Whataburger with this design it's very modern and clean. I got greeted as soon as I walked in the door by KIA. ( Made my day better) A very pleasant and professional Whataburger employee. I want to thank KIA in this review for all the wonderful smiles and hard work. I will frequent this location more in the future!"
