Sonic Drive-In

"Paid for a double patty burger and got a single patty after waiting 15 to 20 minutes. Only realized after arriving home. Time was fine, wrong order was not especially on a busy day where returning to the restaurant was not possible."

"Stopped going here after it took them 45 minutes to bring out the food. It wasn't busy and no one apologized for the long wait. After finally getting the food, I immediately noticed the lackluster fries. They gave me hardly any fries and the ones they did give were cold and stale. I waited 45 minutes for 8 cold stale fries among crumbs of cold stale fry remnants. Anyways, didn't bother trying to eat any of it and got food somewhere else. 45 minutes for cold stale fries and a soggy burger, no thanks. I left and never came back."

"I ordered mozzarella sticks from this sonic, instead of getting what I ordered I was given a pretzel. I called to ask if there was a way we can fix it and the employee on the phone just hung up on me instead of listening. Im not one to usually complain, but the customer service here sucks. I used to work at a sonic and we always made sure the costumer was happy, and if we messed up on something we did what we could to fix it."

"On October 7th 2023 my family and I ordered three meals. The chicken dinner box which was completely dry and burn, a double cheeseburger which was soggy and nasty, chili cheese tater tots which were soggy, covered in old grease, and falling out of the box. We are so disappointed in their food service ESPECIALLY WITH HOW MUCH THEY CHARGE YOU. ZERO STARS"

"The patio is very clean. When I checked in with my app, my order was identified quickly. My server was friendly and clean. I enjoyed my interaction with him. I ordered a slush and cheese sticks. They were both prepared correctly. This appears to be an efficient Sonic with solid customer service. I look forward to returning to see if this holds true."
