Reviews
"Food was hot and fresh. Tenders were thick and big but something was off about the texture. Went thru drive-thru and workers were professional and friendly."
"It was evident that the staff was stretched thin, yet their dedication to customer satisfaction was unwavering. They were doing their utmost to attend to everyone, albeit at a slower pace than one might expect. This, however, did not detract from the overall positive experience. Never new chicken could taste so good!"
"Frenchy's chicken has become a signature meal for the family the day before Christmas. When I arrived the personnel were friendly. The food was ready nice and hot and I got two pumpkin pies for free, because of the amount of money I spent. An employee assisted me to the car with food. It was a great experience."
"Went to the location on South Victory and they were out of fish, the chicken was awful and did not taste fresh, and the young lady in the drive through had poor customer service and acted as if I was getting on her nerves when they got my order wrong and I asked for condiments. She told me there was ketchup in the bag when I asked and there was none.I will never visit that location again. I feel like none of the others compare to the original location."
"I wanted to go to Frenchy’s because I haven’t been in a while and I remember it being good! I got the three piece chicken tenders combo and I was sadly disappointed. The chicken was tough to bite though like it was overcooked and they must’ve changed the fries because they didn’t taste good at all, and I used to love the fries here! It might’ve been a fluke but I’m weary to try it again soon."
