"I sat at Caliber Auto Care for almost three hours for a state inspection. When it was finally finished, it failed for a bulb above the license plate. I brought it back ten minutes later only to wait another thirty minutes to get in. My daughter flew here from Florida to get her paperwork taken care of and couldn’t finish it because they kept us at Caliber for three and half hours total. Now she has to fly back to Houston on a different weekend because Caliber wasted our time.Danny Soto was not concerned with how long it took. I hope management can do a better job with fixing customer service."

"This place is almost as expensive as a dealer, but it’s still better than risking your car at a smaller independent mechanic shop who will very likely mess up your car or even rip you off. I went here for a valve cover gasket repair last year and unfortunately they forgot to put a couple of bolts back in. Many months later I noticed the missing bolts and called them to ask about it, they immediately replaced the bolts for me in a matter of minutes no questions asked. Small things like that are the reason I think it’s worth coming here because the customer service quality is great. And to make things even better, they will offer you a free ride home or even back to their shop while your vehicle gets serviced. Not sure if any other shops do that, but it’s a life saver."

"Have been there several times for state inspections and oil change. The staff was excellent and the wait time was very close to what the staff told me. Big bonus was that their waiting room is very clean, comfortable and modern. Not the typical auto repair waiting area. Prices were typical for this area."

"I needed a state inspection done and since my mechanic retired, I decided to try this place out. Additionally, as an educator, Caliber offers a ten percent educator discount, so I wanted to check out their business. The waiting room is very comfortable and there's free water and lollipops. I noticed a playroom for kids, which is an excellent idea. The restroom was sparkling clean and spacious. The employee I dealt with was very nice and helpful at explaining the extra services I needed. I believe her name was Luz, but I'm not a hundred percent sure. The one suggestion I have is to add some books or magazines to the waiting area and some phone charging stations too. I was here for about two hours, so having something to read or a place to charge my device would have been great to have. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely return in the future."
