"I brought my truck in to have the noise originating from the front end examined. After they diagnosing the issue, they told me that the front-end noise in my vehicle was caused by a bent right steering rod. They replaced it with a new one after inspecting it. Nevertheless, despite their assurance that my truck had been repaired, I am still able to hear the noise originating from the front end. Additionally, the photographs clearly demonstrate the subpar quality of their work, revealing loose parts emerging from the tie rod."
