"I bought the warranty for all electronics etc last year and it lasts until April 2025. It was sold to me as covering everything and, if it couldn't be fixed, it would be replaced. Unfortunately, when I tried to use it less than 10 months after purchasing the laptop, I was told I have to contact the manufacturer first, then if they didn't help I could TRY and see if best buy will warranty it. Very disappointed. Just be warned."

"Totally surprised with the last two visits to Bestbuy. After I bought my phone from Apple; I took it to Bestbuy and asked Geeksquad to put the best protections on it so that I wouldn’t break a screen. … twice- i have dropped my phone - and the protector has broken but not the screen- the protector has a lifetime guarantee. Twice- the geeksquad has pulled the protector and replaced it under warranty- no questions asked other than phone number to log the transaction. I’m quite likely to buy the protections for every phone going forward, if not the devices also from BestBuy simply for how great these last two interactions have been. Well done BestBuy."

"Don’t EVERY buy a Best Buy brand. 2. The product leaks after 15 days and Best Buy washes their hands of you saying, “You’re not my problem—deal with the manufacturer.” 3. I have owned this set for 30 days; just one month. I have had 2 service calls. One within the 14 day period so Best Buy paid. The second, Best Buy won’t even though, it’s only been 30 days. This washer is leaking water all over my floor. After this experience, I will never go to Best Buy again."

"This summer I ordered a 65" Samsung Frame TV and had it shipped to the Lake Jackson store. When I picked it up, I noticed a Will Call ticket on the outside with someone else's name and a different store location. The box appeared intact, so I accepted it. Due primarily to my laziness, about two months passed before I got around to trying to mount it to my wall. I got the brackets attached, but when I went to hang the TV, it didn't line up with the brackets. I struggled to figure out what I had done wrong only to realize IT WASN'T A FRAME TV IN THE BOX! It was some other model of Samsung TV. I don't know how this happened, but I was way outside of the return window. So I went back to the store just sure that I would have to buy a second $1700.00 TV. But I showed the odd Will Call tag to the store manager, and she determined that I was the victim of some sort of scam or mistake. She accepted my return and ordered a new TV for me at no additional charge. I'm extraordinarily pleased with the personal customer service."
