"Ordered a chicken sandwich and it was cold and overall the quality is something I can easily make at home no need to go to this place. Also, got a vanilla frosty and had an after taste like chemicals (fake flavor or old product). The service is awful compared to other places, I couldn’t understand anyone since they mumbled and didn’t look at me when talking."

"This experience was so crazy, it doesn't even make sense. I came in to eat around 6:30 in the evening on Sunday, January 28th. The employees clearly saw me walk in, but not one of them came over to the register to take my order. I kept looking at them to see if one of them was going to stop eating fries out of the bin and come to the register. I stood there for at least 5 minutes. Two female employees actually waved at me while they were eating fries out of the bin. Finally, I said out loud, "Is anyone going to take my order?" They just smiled at me and nodded their heads while they ate more fries. Finally, I just went down the street to Schlotzky's. I worked for Wendy's in the 80s. Do y'all no longer have managers?"

"Food was adequate for a fast food chain. This location charges extra things to your order that raised my bill by 33% over what it should have. Staff does not supply a receipt when they are ripping you off. They prefer to do this at the drive threw window where your are less likely to return."

"The woman working the window needs to adopt better customer service skills. Not friendly and seemingly in a rush with no customers. Not sure what the rush is exactly. This is a very low volume location and should be heavy on the customer service. That’s not the main problem. Food was inedible. I got a Sausage, egg and cheese croissant. It was cold and secondly the sauce they put on the sandwich was expired because it smelled and tasted absolutely horrific. French toast sticks for my daughter were saturated with vegetable oil. Supposed to drain fried products for a bit so this does not happen..a little oil is ok but your whole food bag shouldn’t have a wet look to it. I love Wendy’s but will drive to another location from now on.. this location needs a lot of work."

"On my way to work I placed a mobile order for a Son of a Baconator. When I arrived, the drive thru cashier was very monotone, not all that personable, but I'll let that slide. I was eating my burger while driving, at one point I noticed some of the bacon had fallen out of the burger so I set it down in my lap to find the bacon. I am so thankful that I did, because that is when I found a big section of MOLD on the bottom of the bun. Absolutely unacceptable! Later in the day when I was able to, I submitted a review & at the end of the review it asked if I would like to be contacted. I said I would. I wanted to share this picture with them and request a refund. 7 days later, I have heard nothing. You've lost my business."
