"There are people in the world that will go to places because the service is great regardless of convenience. I go to this location specifically for Mary, Jr, and Tim. They have always tried their best to inform me or help in a situation of me repairing mthe car. Ensuring I receive proper tools and solutions. I have not been steered wrong by these employees yet. I specifically check to see if they are in store when i require assistance because they have never made me feel incompetent or belittle me. I once went in and asked for a part and a different gentleman replied to me very expensive and he spoke down to me in a condescending manner. I didn't want his help any more after that. I didn't get his name nor care to know it. I will always ask for the people whom I earlier mentioned. Or go to the Friendswood store."

"Was going to buy a jack and a alternator here. Walked in as manager was finishing a cigarette, asked where the Jack's were and he couldn't even tell me the right aisle let alone offer any sort of help or friendly words. Decided to walk across the road to O'Reily's Auto Parts, where there is very helpful workers. Ended up needing some electrical tape. Went back in Auto Zone since it is so hot & didn't wanna walk back across the road. Passed manager on his second cigarette in less than a hours time. There is one helpful man in there but I had to ask. Ended up using self check out."
