"Order 2 pizza’s and tots. Did not get one of the pizzas. We don’t want to wait for another one because it’s a busy night and will be awhile so I ask for them to refund the pizza. They rudely say they can’t only credit. I explain I don’t want a credit that means I have to use them again and I want them to simply refund me for the product I paid for but didn’t get. Simple. The manager Ashton said we can only refund your entire order or credit. I said well that is silly. He was annoyed with me that I was asking for a refund vs. a credit. So yourself a favor and don’t order from this one!!"

"Pizza was ordered at 6:21 pm. We were told it was 20 mins away but we waited until 7:10 to call dominos asking for any form of compensation. They refused and kept putting me on hold. Mind you, we were waiting for an hour, me and my friend and sister, all very hungry asking for compensation because we were very dissatisfied with the service like the policy says to do. They then hung up On me. Very horrible service do not recommend."

"I generally love Domino's. They have good pizza, and great deals. This particular time I had to wait 10-15 minutes when I went to pick pizza. My order got mixed up with some other orders so they were scrambling to figure out which pizzas were mine. Not a huge deal but I had some hungry guests waiting to eat."
