"I was GREATLY DISAPPOINTED with the food at this location. I paid almost $12 for a 2 piece combo with rice and beans. The rice was dry and horrible. It look like it had been sitting all day. The pieces of chicken was so small and sort of dry. The flavor was pretty good but this was definitely a WASTE of money!! I won’t be going back!!"
"Don’t let the “fast food chain” vibe fool you, food is well seasoned and delicious. Experience is based on dining in and was easily impressed. Yes the place does definitely make you feel like its a fast food joint but the food is the opposite. Get a half chicken meal and you get all the works; tortillas,rice,beans,pico de gallo, even spicy salsa! For what it is, El Pollo Loco is Loco good ! Ok ok, its definitely okay, worth a try if in the area."
