"One word for this place…Trash. Applies to products, services and most definitely customer service. When requesting assistance especially if disabled, employees they look at you as if your a problem. These jokers are just milking the clock malingering, I’d highly suggest management take a look unless management themselves are condoning to this type of behavior. Very unprofessional establishment."

"Customer service was the best, usually, you can't find anyone when you need to, but I got real live help. Finding the correct fasteners I needed to help lifting salt for the water to softener. Which everyone knows is heavy then all get out, right to taking to my car and putting it in there. It was a great pleasure shopping somewhere where customer service is back on track."

"I bought and paid for a refrigerator to be delivered 12/26/23 and they went to the delivery address at 7 am and they did not call or text like requested. Then we rescheduled for 12/29/23 people were there and they went to the wrong address. Very frustrating rescheduled for a third time 12/30/23 Since they like to come a 7am i decided to be at the office at 7:00am to wait for them even though the time frame was 9-1 They still could not get the address or the suite number right so spending half a day at the office that is closed still no delivery of the refrigerator!! Tried everything to call the manager at Home depot and to the delivery department. Still they swear that they came to the office showed pictures. I was smart and took a picture of our office front to compare to their pictures. Their pictures showed another office complex not the address that was given to them Poor excuses, poor service and terrible customer service. They made me feel like I was lying about being at the delivery address. It is a-shame i had to prove to the manager i was there. The delivery company could not read the right address and suite number. I am writing the review to warn future customers of Home Depot. I will not recommend them nor will i buy anymore items from Home Depot"
