"We’ve been highly satisfied Ethan Allen customers for many years and were in need to a major living room refresh.  With that background, we visited the Woodlands store and met Rabia Shaikh, from the Design Team. At that visit Rabia listened to what we were trying to achieve and walked us around the store to see possible options.  Soon after she came to our home to see the space, the flow of the area, take measurements and draw us a plan. We met with her on multiple occasions thereafter in the store, and again at home to design the new room, select the furniture and fabrics, and place the orders.  Throughout the process, Rabia was extremely patient, diligent, resourceful, and helpful in reducing the stress that goes along with a major room redesign and purchase. Yesterday, as promised, she was at our home again to help coordinate the delivery and setup of the new furniture…which looks fantastic.  Rabia has a great eye for design and really cares about her customers, I would very much recommend her!"
