"I went here and tried to scan my app for rewards and they don't have a scanner for it plus I wanted sweet tea and the sweet tea container had unsweetened tea and the unsweetened tea container had sweet tea which is a heath hazard for diabetics. If someone with diabetes wanted unsweetened tea they would be getting sweet tea with could endanger their life's. 1-10 would not go back. And the employees wanna act stupid when you have concerns and my fries came cold."

Upon placing my order, I had no indication that the chicken wasn't ready, and I ended up waiting for a staggering 40 minutes without any heads up or updates. Waiting for an extended period with no progress or communication is not the experience one expects, especially from a well-known fast-food establishment. "RAW chicken! My son noticed that after he bit his chicken it was rubbery. He then looked and showed us that his chicken was raw. Please be careful when consuming Popeyes chicken."

"We picked up lunch through the drive-thru. When we got to the window to pay. The cashier didn't even look at us. Just said the amount as she was talking to another employee standing there at the window gave her our credit card and when she gave it back to us she didn't say thank you. Did we need anything else? Handed us the stuff and was talking to the other employee the entire time we were at the window, the girl didn't look up one time to our face to acknowledge us or anything as she gave us the receipt, credit card and the bag of food. The only thing that she was worried about was talking to the other employee. They were both just standing there talking to each other. Not doing any kind of customer service. It seemed to be that talking to each other and having their phone out was more important than taking care of people at the drive-thru customers. Very unprofessional."

"It was fine. My husband really liked his chicken nuggets. The french fries were delicious . I got the chicken wings with hot and spicy sauce. It was so hot I coulded eat. My husband ate them for a late night snack and loved them. We had to ask 3 times for ketchup and dip."
