From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The owner/manager and staff here go above and beyond to make every visit memorable. The highlight of my experience is undoubtedly the outstanding service. Whether it's a quick lunch stop or a leisurely meal, the staff always makes me feel like a valued customer. They take the time to interact with me, remember my preferences, and ensure that every aspect of my visit is enjoyable. Of course, the delicious subs are what keep me coming back time and time again. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch, and you can taste the freshness in every bite. From classic favorites to creative combinations, there's something for everyone on the menu. Overall, I can't recommend this Jersey Mike's new caney location highly enough. The combination of exceptional service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere truly sets it apart. "When I walked in the amazing workers gave me immediate attention and when I told them it was my first time ordering they were super helpful with choosing the top picks. I ended up getting two subs, jalapeño crisps, and Pink lemonade mix with sweet tea. Will come back!"

"We've been to three of the local Jersey Mike's Subs in the area and, although all of them have been delicious, this New Caney location has tasted the best so far. Everything was fresh, as usual, and the staff was generous with the portions. The management was extra friendly and on top of things. The restaurant was clean even as busy as they were. We'll be coming here again as when craving a high-dollar sub!"

"Great location across from the Academy there. Customer service was great as well. The Philly Cheese Steak sub had too many peppers and the peppers were way too sweet tasting, but if there wasn't so many peppers I think I would have liked it way more. Most of the sub was pretty good though. I recommend this place. There's no drive thru you have to go inside or order online. I don't know if they have delivery, but they have catering."

"With a little over a week open establishment, our folks from JM Subs got the Valley loving it. Great clean and accessible location with the usual great taste of Jersey Mikes ways. What it doesn’t seem to be usual is their great contagious smiles, and positive attitude behind the glass. Monica took our order without rushing us to our decision. What’s best, she very respectfully made it fun at the time of taking my name for the order. One thing is missing in this place, your visit. I sure Joshua and Monica will be receiving you with a great and unique attitude for a great change of pace. Come and prove me wrong, the jovial tasteful attitude and the JMSub’s taste are a promising combo that we have been craving for in long time. Thanks guys, will see you soon!"
