"The egg Benedict was over cooked, the chicken with waffles was overcooked and dry. The only thing that was good and tasty was the spinach dip. The server spoke so softly in such a loud establishment that it was tremendously difficult to hear him even after asking him to speak louder. A manager, we think, came over to our table, not sure what he said however before we can ask he walked away. It was just horrible service. We will not be back."

"We went to this place after a very tiring day of flying and let me tell you what a treat it was. The food was incredibly well made, the atmosphere was very chill and enjoyable almost cinematic. Our waiter, Jinn, was delightful, clever and kind and made sure we were taken care of very well. We will definitely be going back and 10/10 recommend. Bonus: order the fried pickles with blue cheese, you won't regret it!"

"It’s been a while since I’ve eaten here. I had forgotten how delicious the food is. This meal and dessert did not disappoint! Everything was sooo fresh, tasty, and warm - and I waited at least 15 minutes before eating. My only complaint was about the tomato and brown mustard that seemed to be randomly smeared as an afterthought on my sandwich instead of on the side. There were brown mustard packets included in my bag as well which confused me even more. Nonetheless, the cheese options were delicious/gooey and the sandwich as a whole was everything and then some. Also, the tomato basil soup on the side was the perfect amount and addition to complete this cheesy meal. To add even more excitement, the carrot cake was sooo yummy! It took serious discipline to not the entire large slice in one sitting. It tasted very fresh and it was super moist. Carrot cakes are usually a hit or miss for me but this was worth it!"

"Ordered a roasted veggie bowl and a pastrami dish eggs. It was really good but the seasoning was a little lacking however, the potato cake was the favorite! The service we had was astounding! She was so nice, funny, and smiled, she had a great personality. They offer a full bar but when we were there, it was closed. I’d go back!"

"Visited Katz's today as a midpoint for one of my early Sunday cycle groups. Upon entering, we were met with some hesitation by the manager, Eric, due to the large size of our group, which was about 20. We often can't notify establishments in advance about our party size as it varies, so we expect some wait times. If Eric had explained in a friendlier manner that they were understaffed at the moment, we would've understood. We're a patient group, but his tone felt dry and annoyed. Jason was our server and he was pleasant. However, I'd recommend better staffing. At 8 o'clock on a Sunday, there should be more than two servers – at least three if they want regular patrons. The ambiance was nice. There was a TV in our seating area, while another part of the patio was blocked off. They had a section with fake turf, picnic tables, jumbo Jenga, and cornhole games. The food was good, and we plan on returning. They shouldn't think they can get rid of us that easily; we'll definitely be back!"
