Whataburger

"Late shift is filled with lazy teenagers who want to chat all day and not serve the customers decent food. My order was sloppy, shake liquid down, burger was cold and salad was warm! Had to go up to the counter numerous of times for complaints of what I was missing in my order and the presentation of the food. Ask them for dine in gave everything in takeout bags. I won’t be back until they clean up they act. Give my $30-$50 to a whataburger that deserves it."

"Breakfast 8:45 am asked Latanya in the front to ask the kitchen person name Ruth for mi Biscuit not to be hard or bread broken, because lately drive thru doesn’t do things right so i came inside and let me tell you they both did an amazing job! From customer service in the front to great breakfast meal!"

"This has to be the worst Whataburger in town. The lines are always long, but you’d hope that at least the order would be right and the food would be fully cooked. We have never received our order correct. There is always something missing or the soda isn’t carbonated. This time I got raw fries (see photo), no gravy with my chicken tender meal and my soda tastes like plastic and is flat. So disgusting! Save yourself the trouble and go to Taco Bell or Chick-fil-A across the street."

If you're looking for a speedy experience, I would advise against using the drive-thru and instead recommend going inside or placing a mobile order. During my visit, I had an unfortunate encounter at the drive-thru during the evening. To my dismay, the meat in my order was completely raw, which was a rather unpleasant surprise. This glaring oversight not only compromised the quality of the food but also raised concerns about hygiene and food safety standards. Furthermore, I must express my disappointment with the customer service provided by this establishment. It can be described as mediocre at best, lacking the attentiveness and care one would expect. However, what truly stood out during my visit was an incident involving a manager and an employee. Regrettably, I witnessed the manager belittling and embarrassing the employee in front of customers. This display of unprofessional behavior not only reflected poorly on the manager but also created an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone present. I found myself experiencing second-hand embarrassment, feeling empathy for the employee who was subjected to such treatment. As a customer, I believe it is essential for managers to lead by example and treat their employees with respect and fairness. Creating a supportive and positive work environment ultimately translates into better customer experiences. Unfortunately, in this case, the manager's behavior demonstrated a lack of understanding and consideration for the well-being of their staff. In conclusion, I regret to say that my experience at this establishment was far from satisfactory. From the raw meat incident to the lackluster customer service and the distressing manager-employee interaction, it is clear that improvements need to be made. I hope that management takes these concerns seriously and implements necessary changes to ensure a more enjoyable and respectful environment for both employees and customers alike."
