"Need to bring the old crew back the man cook that cooked last night on febuary the 3rd at 9:45 p.m. Burger was dry most of all I ordered a ultimate bacon burger which is a number three and they gave me an ultimate burger. Management support work at the throughout the day. Most of all need to bring the old crew back at least they know how to cook and get the line as fast as possible instead of having them wait."

"Walked in for lunch . First thing I see is 2 homeless ppl sleeping. Another person eating Chinese food on laptop. Very unpleasant jack in the box . Doesn't matter what food taste like after that ."

"The nights shift guy Carlos needs to be fired. He had us all waiting at the intercom for 15mins until we drove around and blew the horn. Then he came to the window (from being outside smoking)with a very rude attitude and cursed at me and my little sister because we were asking questions about the menu I could already tell he didn’t want to take our order in the first place. We told him to please not be rude but he then just slammed the window in our face and refused to take our order. If this is the type or person that jack n the box will have on shift corporate will be getting complaints on him and the store manager for allowing him to represent the company like this."

"Ordered online, got charged twice. Went to location for pickup, but they hadn’t received any online orders. Showed the operator our order in the JiTB app. Received every thing wrong ( wrong sandwich. Smaller fry, doubled the coffee and shake but left off a fountain drink. No napkins or utensils for cake.) AND charged for a third time. No receipt offered. A beer was openly on the counter, open and partially consumed."

"I will be contacting ABC new regarding my order I just purchased from this location! The food was cooked in old grease and the tacos were old! How you expect us to help businesses if their SELLING old food? Too much going on for this to be happening. I didn't get a receipt for nothing. No one to call but a fax number"
