"Went to Tilly’s today to use a coupon I received when you spend so much $$$ there. Was told by the manager I could not use it. Long story short I went home and called customer support and not only got the pants with the coupon, I was told I had reward points on top of that. So I’m not sure what the managers issue was, but she needs better training and or communication on how to use coupons. Will not be going back to North Star Tilly’s."

"Organized location and friendly staff at north star mall, but call to make sure they have the item you're looking for. I drove up there and asked for a shoe in a specific size. They told me they didn't have it but that the location at the outlets did. I was about to make the drive when I noticed I could purchase them online in the size I wanted at Northstar and do curbside pickup. I went back to the store told them I purchased them online and they told me they didn't have it so they canceled my order. Now I didn't want to drive all the way to the outlets just for them to tell me the same thing. I have ordered them online now but their tracking system is trash to say the least. It's been 3 days and every time I click on the order update it tells me to check back later. There's no tracking number either. Just an order number. I was told they'd be here by Friday, so I hope that truly is the case:("
