"Fitting rooms close “early” without notice as per convenience of staff. Staff is rude and complains about a simple request to use fitting room 15 minutes before closing in front of the customer."

"I was waiting for a fitting room around 7:40 pm today, and as soon I turned around, a really short male worker with short black hair and light blue shirt closed off the fitting rooms. He seemed to be in his late teens or early 20s. I know he saw me waiting as we made eye contact from the register when walking up to fitting rooms. He did not take the opportunity to tell me the fitting rooms were closed or closing soon. Instead, he let me wait for no reason. He just quickly walked past me as if to ignore me."

"I walked in to pick up an online order and was helped almost immediately. The staff was very helpful and also got me a dressing room so I could make sure I like my purchase before leaving. I don’t typically walk through the mall but this store is conveniently located next to dillards and I enjoy stopping by when I have a few extra minutes to shop!"

"The staff is typically involved in personal conversations, but they do tend to have a variety of clothes and quite a bit of it. The employees have a better than attitude and I’ve seen them be dismissive of customers. There are 2 girls/ladies that work there that show they enjoy their job and are very helpfully."
