"Was talking to a an associate she passed me over to her manager, The manager was just trying to be rude and cut me as i was trying to inform her of something that was wrong online and basically made me waste my time for saying I can pick something up same day (within 2 hours) only for it to not be available in the store until later in the year. Didnt get her name. Also nobody got on no type of uniform only fanny packs on no professionalism."

"Walked into the Offline store and was greeted by no one. Walked around the store with items looking for some assistance because I was with my baby in a stroller and was ignored by 3 associates. Not one even looked my way, but continued to talk amongst themselves. Horrible experience because I really needed help, but did not feel welcomed"
