"My order looked like it didn't have any sauce on it, bone dry. Biting into it was tasteless. $16 for this joke. My fries were put into the fryer after the rest was already made so I got hot fries, and cold tasteless wings. My first and last time there."

"I didn’t have an issue with my food, I had an issue with the soda machine, I went to get a Sprite and black things started coming out of the nozzle. When I was dispensing my drink, I showed the people behind the counter, and all they did was give me another cup, never addressed the issue that the machine needs some serious cleaning"

"Saddest excuse for a chicken sandwich I've ever had. I've had better chicken patties that you take out of the freezer and heat up in the microwave. So-called Patty was so thin it was hard to see any chicken in it and had absolutely no chicken flavor. I can't speak to their wings but I doubt I will ever go back and try them. First impressions are so precious. Where did all that advertising money go now? Washed down the drain."

"Took my daughter to get food a couple wks ago lady running register big white lady with tattoos and loud on her phone the entire time we sat waited for our food for 20 min when we got home we were missing food and it was cold i called to complain same lady answered the phone and said she would replace food and put my name in there book i had a feeling she didnt put me on in the book. Sure enuf called tonight to get that meal and my name was nowhere to be found. Thank god they have decent management at mavel location they ended up having to take care if it."
