"Worst drive thru experience ever. The lady manager was extremely rude as was the the second girl that brought my food out. There was no line so I waited at the window to check my food order was correct,and they were super rude. I was very polite asking if I could wait at the window to check my food and even asked for the managers name but she refused to tell me. I will never go back there. Worst customer service!!"

"While placing my order through the drive through the lady, it was taken, it was very rude to me. I felt like I was bothering her just by ordering food. So I chose to cancel my order and go to a different restaurant."

"For the prices you pay, I wish they'd get my order correct. Every time I go, they get my order wrong, don't make it correctly, or are out of the items i order. I love Wendy's but have decided to stop going...unfortunately"

"Not the best wendys I've been to, the service is never really that good. They close the dining area earlier than the posted time most days by like an hour, and the employees like to stand around instead of work a bit. Overall it's still the closest wendys to me so I still go, but the service could improve quite a bit."

"Love this Wendy’s but today I went through the drive thru, ordered the seasonal fruit along with other stuff and it was just apples but had mold on them. Disgusting but willing to give Wendy’s one more chance. Tried calling over 6 times but line is always busy so if the manager see this please have your staff check what they put in the bags and how they prepare our meals."
