"I finally got the name of the 'Karen' that everyone complains about. Her name is Ruby. She is a BIG tall girl who doesn't even try to hide her racism. If you are a minority she will follow you all through the store. She is so BIG she makes you feel unsafe. She will grab the merchandise from your hands and say she will hold it upfront. I tried to take my complaint to the manager but she insisted she was the manager. So I went back and managed to get the name of the regional manager. With the name and company I was able to find a number. So the regional manager will be hearing from me and I have compiled all other complaints against this employee and they will be receiving them. I have also contacted BBB and was told they were looking into it. If you are a minority and do not want to be harassed stay away from this store."
"You k my time to walk around store and found everything I wanted. They have great prices and up to date merchandise."
"They followed me around like I was a theif so did not appreciate it"
"How do I give ZERO stars?!?! We should all honestly boycott this store!! The entire franchise has gone downhill. They put these stores in urban areas and don't allow you to try on clothes or use the restroom after you've spent a couple hundred dollars. Stop going to this store! Stores are no longer clean. The employees are rude. Nothing is organized. But they count on the people in urban areas to shop here. Stop giving them your hard-earned cash. We used to make Citi Trends out first stop but now I am done with this entire franchise."
