"The service is always fantastic at this store. The clothes have improved and are much more stylish than they've been in the past and the quality is good for the price."

"No offence to the helpful sales ladies bc I think this is a management issue, but I spend $300 there every time, and I just think it’s so rude they won’t let customers use their restroom. There is always a sign that says out of order, which has to be a lie after 2 years. They say we have to go over to Pet Smart. So Pet Smart has to take care of us, but Lane Bryant gets the profits. They could really show some appreciation for their customers by having a very nice posh clean restroom for all of us women buying their expensive clothing. They could also clean the carpets and dressing rooms."

"I wear a 40G and ONLY shop for my bras at Lane Bryant. I have tried other brands that were recommended online & they never fit right. If you want your girls to fit right, look good and have a great quality bra then you need to look no further. You can shop online or in their store. Their girls in the store know their stuff and look cute in their Lane Bryant clothes too. The store at the Forum is run by amazing woman. I love having a close store to were I live. Check it out, you won't be disappointed."

"I’ve been going here for almost 2 years now and customer service has always been on point! The ladies have always been supportive in helping me decide on what looks good and what doesn’t! Head manager, Stephanie, has always taken care of me when she’s there and trying to give me the best bang for my buck. The store isn’t as big as others, so selection is a little limited, but it’s just down the road from home so it is my “go-to” store!"
