"Nice store with a good selection of brands including Motorcraft. For my latest visit I had a choice of wait a couple days for a Motorcraft A/C blower or secondary Murray brand today. I had been without for 3 weeks so needing to know if my repair diagnosis was correct I bought the Murray. Works as expected!"

"The afternoon shift is really unfit for the job. I made an online order and it was confirmed delivered. When I tried to pick it up, they had no idea where to look for it. On the second day, same problem. On my third try, I called in the morning and an employee confirmed that she was holding it in her hand and it was 100% in the store. When I stopped in that afternoon, they still couldn't find it. I went in the morning on the fourth day, and they immediately knew where it was and handed it over. She even confirmed that the part was there the whole time, but the afternoon guys are pretty clueless."

"Ashley was awesome, even tho the part was wrong and used with a blown fuse out of the box. Not her fault, that's the incompetent worker who allowed a return of a used part and put it back on the shelf l. The. The warehouse workers who didn't properly inspect as they should have. All and all, extremely dissatisfied with the product and service oriellys offers so very often, but that girl Ashley, she was amazing! She needs a raise and a better job for sure. I have a mind to have her come work for me instead of this store with the disrespectful "gentleman" that works with her. He can take bath in sewage, smelled like he already does. If you are to have to go to this store for any reason, she Ashley! Otherwise, leave and come back when she is there."
