"Was followed thru the entire store by employees and asset protection. Wanted to try 4 pair of Jean and the employee running the fitting room checked all pockets and hold my clothes until there was another fitting room available but, the lady behind me was able to hold her clothes."

However my bad experience happened when I’d gone to use bathroom and the housekeeper propped open the bathroom door and then placed her trash bin blocking doorway. But i was upset just didn’t appreciate her not announcing that she was going to clean while I was in the stall . Idk.. kinda strange she’d do that knowing I was in there alone and she saw me go in and didn’t acknowledge me at all . Rude lady ."

"The store was busy today for Mother's Day. There are plenty of items to choose from for mom. I was trying to purchase some perfume for my mom, which was marked down to $9.09. I thought that was a great price for Red Door, originally priced at $22.99. When I got to the register, the lady wouldn't change the price to the marked down price. She said that if it's not scanning at that price, then that's not the price. I told her that the security container that it was in has a red tag of $9.09., and she would not change the price to the marked down price. I asked her to call her manager to the front and she wouldn't come to the front and she said, no to the price change. I told her it's not my fault that your employees did not open the security container to put the price on the perfume box, but you should honor that price, and she said no. I asked the lady at the register if she could do something after I waited in line for 45 minutes to purchase this gift for my mother. The employee gave me 25% off. We go to Burlington for good deals. You should honor your red tag sales. Your manager was very rude for not talking to me and not honoring the red tag price."
