"I usually love buckle and the amazing customer service. Unfortunately this location we will never go to again. All four girls working the floor were following my husband around, not once did they leave his side. They were on top of him so much I felt so uncomfortable and went to look for myself without him. Usually I don't mind because someone is always helping me as well, but this wasn't the case. Not once did I get asked if I needed anything. All the female employees went out of there way to avoid me and my girls. One of them even turned her back to me when I went to speak to her. My 8 and 9 yr old even made a comment about the way we were treated. Hubby needed a pair of shorts for the day and they were ripped when we brought them home! The Buckle in the North Star Mall is the one to go to and it has a better selection. Which is odd because this one is on the Riverwalk. We will never go to this location again. Very disappointed."
