"I ordered a salad from this restaurant, picked it up via drive thru. Got to work and opened my salad to prep it for consumption and realized there was a very long strand of hair in it. Called the restaurant to talk to a manager for them to tell me there was nothing they could do but refund my money. Absolutely ridiculous. Never thought I could be so disappointed with a Chick Fil A restaurant. Never eating here again."

"Standard Chick-fil-A experience with service, tea, nuggets and sandwiches but fries were subpar"

"I hate to write this review but Normally our experience is good at this location, I ordered food and everything in my order was old & cold, my 12 count nuggets consisted of crispy breading, definitely was not the fresh experience we have. I assumed it was a bad one off situation, contacted the restaurant immediately after leaving my calls went straight to an automated voicemail when trying to reach a manager to notify of the issue. I ended up having to push a prompt to order catering as no one answered the line to reach someone in the restaurant. The manager who answered the phone, advised me I should’ve contacted the restaurant immediately—- how could I if there’s a trick to pushing the wrong prompt to get a live person. We frequent this location quite often probably 2-3 times a week . I am extremely upset that the manager offered to replace 1 out of 6 meals for the inconvenience as I was dropping food off to family and headed to work I was unable to return with the purchase. I didn’t request a refund but more of a credit to replace nuggets and fries as our drinks were fine. I’m extremely disappointed as this is typically not the Chick fil a way. I was advised to call back the next speak to someone different, why couldn’t this be handled with the on duty manager? I would love for this location to make this right."

"Generally I thought this was a good place to eat they had good food and they had great service the thing I liked the most about this place was the packaging of the food and the presentation and then on top of that the food was prepared very quickly and to a high degree of quality. So I would recommend going to this place if you live nearby and our craving good quality chicken fast food in a comfortable and clean restaurant setting."
