"I have done a lot of business with Torrid over the years and am a reward member as well, but I am super disappointed with Torrid. I purchased two blouses online, one blouse in two sizes since I am in between and some things just don’t fit like others do, well, I went to return my items but they are now saying “final sale”. Nowhere on the app states I would not be able to return my purchases and if I would have known beforehand that it wasn’t an option I would not have purchased two different sizes and probably would not have purchased them at all. I should be able to do a return of the items still have the tags on them and we’re never worn. Which they have never been worn and all still have tags in perfect condition."

"Bad customer service they dint not even talk to you as a hello welcome in do you need any help so I went to return some items and the lady that was working there she give me bad customer service I told her that I was gonna get a price adjustment because I saw it online cheaper and she only told me that she couldn’t do nothing about it I will not be shopping here because of the customer service they don’t even tell you if you need any help"

"Rude staff. I paid a lot for a sweater that fell apart when washed for the first time and they wouldn't even issue credit citing the tag was torn off. Then the cashier "Crystal" had to go online to find the rules for a return that claim a washed garment cannot be returned because it's unhygienic. Shop elsewhere! I guess I was fortunate with the previous hundreds I've spent on suits that did wash up well. What's up with the poor quality and service?"

"I went in to try and find a graduation dress and the sales associate Destiny was so helpful. She really tried to pull some of the best dresses they had but I ended up leaving with nothing. Overall the sales associates there were really nice to ask if I need help. Torrid needs to update their styles and patterns, everything looked like it came directly from 2010-2014. Many of their clothes are overpriced with tacky patterns and styles. This was the second time I've been inside of a Torrid and I don't think I'll be back until they update their styles. I found better luck ordering from other stores online."
