"Came in today for some hose repair kits and on the same aisle there was a sprinkler head that was at a very good price. I checked the item, name, and info with the tag and price. The price was $16 and some change but when I got to the checkout line the sprinkler head ran up $21.99. I told the man behind the counter about the error and didn't care. He said well it rang up $21.99. What kind of answer is that? The man should not be allowed to work in the customer service industry. If he hates his job he needs to go elsewhere. I'm a contractor and I'm in the customer service business and I would never treat someone the way I was treated by this clown. I could have gone to Home Depot or Lowe's since I was closer to them but I love shopping at ACE simply because they have what I need most of the time. This review is not a reflection of the other people who work there but a reflection. To the bold clown that checked me out today."
