My husband followed him to his shop and he opened up just to get us a new tire and on our way. He put on his gloves to help my husband and got tools out of the back of his truck dressed in his Sunday best and all. Great experience and truly blessed when we thought we had no hope, especially on a Sunday!"

"I do not know how this place gets ANY stars. If I could say zero stars, I would. We were headed home the day after Thanksgiving and we got a screw stuck in our front tire. Since it was the front, we couldn’t go all the way home on the spare. We pulled off the highway, to try to see if it be patched. The man at the shop left us in the rain while he continued to close up the shop as if we weren’t even there. The office hours stated they closed at 6:00. It was 4:45. He took his sweet time even helping us. The tire couldn’t be patched. We would have been willing to pay for a tire but he couldn’t care less about providing any service for us. He was rude and condescending. We couldn’t even get him to stop packing up long enough to provide us with any information. I finally told my husband we would go down the road where someone would actually help us. Don’t waste your time with this horrible station. It’s worth the extra time to go to Discount Tire in College Station, where they go above and beyond and you don’t feel like an inconvenience."
