"The chicken was supposed to be lemon pepper, it was just oil. The chicken spelled rotten. It still had feathers on most of the pieces. This place even had bad service. I asked for extra fry seasoning. The fries had NO SEASONING."

"Promised to replace inedible food next day, refusing to do so now. Let me preface this with, I order from this particular wingstop pretty much once every couple of weeks. i get the same or a similar order and they have it delivered through doordash. i've never had a problem until yesterday 11/25/23. My order was placed fine, it was picked up fine then i was hounded with about 8 calls that the driver could not find my address. for reference i live less than 2 miles away, TWO TURNS to get to my house. after an hour and a half waiting from when it was picked up i finally received my food. it was beyond edible. already the fries are a hit and miss sometimes but now they were cold and soggy. the drinks were flat, and the chicken was cold. i'm a young adult so i'll really eat anything as long as it gets me nourishment but this was not fit for anything but the trash can, but before i did that i called. I explained that i would like to speak to a manager and spoke to a gentleman who stated he was the shift manager for the evening. i explained what had happened and asked how he could make this right. he said there were two options for me. they could cancel the order and issue a refund or they could remake the food. I advised him i was so upset and angry over the multiple phone calls, the bad delivery service and the rude driver that i wasn't hungry anymore, but contrarily they did provide a service and should get paid for that. i asked him if instead of coming in right there to remake the food if i could come in the next day to have it replaced. he told me this would be fine and to just provide my name and the order number. Low and behold that today when i called to settle this whole situation i had to speak to 3 different people and the ultimate outcome is that they refuse to replace the food since "you didn't come in last night to replace it". I will never be eating or ordering from this restaurant ever again and i highly advise if you are deciding to order from them to not do so due to the driver delivery service they provide. if i could give 0 stars i would."

"Ugh! This is hard for me because I LOVE Wingstop, however tonight's wings were trash!!! They looked good and they smelled good but they were literally served to me in a puddle of oil. I should have known better because my wings were ready 6 minutes after I placed my order. Counter service was excellent but the wings were disappointing. Word to the wise- check your order before you leave!"
