Jack in the Box

"Placed an online order. And they charged me online. When we get there, no one answers, we pull up to a window and there’s a handwritten sign that says I have to come back tomorrow to resolve my order and that they closed early. Most apps and restaurants will turn off their mobile ordering. The most problematic part is that when we drove around we saw workers hiding in the back."

"Cancel the drive-thru at 1:30 in the morning. Place an order for three drinks to over 10 minutes to get there so needless to say, I just pulled off because take that long to make two iced coffees and a large fountain tree four customer service and don't know what they do back there"

"Shady little part of town, but this location has very friendly staff! It took a while to get my food, and the taste was a little bit off but all in all not too bad. The place smells like backed up drain pipes, but this seems pretty common with Jack in the box. Locations that are not well kept."

"I ordered and paid for a jumbo jack with cheese sandwich and I was given a cheeseburger with meat and cheese only. What a rip off! You be the judge."

"Two months ago I had a wonderful experience with this location but tonight was HORRIBLE. The older Hispanic woman working the drive thru kept had a lot of difficulty understanding me and I was constantly having to correct her. When I pulled up to the window to pay she was nowhere to be found. I was left waiting a solid 3 minutes. Luckily my order was correct but the fries were over cooked and tasted like old cooking oil. Absolutely DISGUSTING. Next time I'll just take the extra time to drive to another location. Edited to add: I returned the fries to the location and was informed the oil is dirty but there's no one to change it until tomorrow. I was given 3 desserts to replace the three orders of fries. New staff and manager have only been at the location for a week. Maybe in a few months I'll try this location again."
