"Customer service was dreadful. Was greeted with a 'we close in 20 minutes' then the lady walked away. We couldnt find her or any other employee to let us in the fitting rooms so we went to stand by the checkout to have a girl wearing head to toe matching cartoon pajamas come up to check us out. I had thought she was a customer! She had been lounging around the store the whole time we were looking for someone to assist us. What has happened to Lane Bryant? Will not return to this location."
