"Drive thru guy was rude. Seemed as if he didn’t want to be at work. I asked for a wrap,, but changed my mind and asked for a combo. He proceeded to say “ I thought you only wanted a wrap now you want a combo?” RUDE!"

"Man that was the best cold cut ever! I should know ima food expert! It beat out the rest don’t know why such low ratings. This was a perfect meal. Healthy and crisp veggies the bread even taste like a bagel. I got this meal for lunch but returned to it throughout the day. It was still in great eatable condition. So impressed. It beat out all the sandwich shops too"

"If you order anything different than what is on the menu expect it to be wrong. Long wait times. Manager doesn’t care is the 4th order in a row over 2 year period I have issues. Same Manager does not care one bit comes from the back ask what’s wrong. Doesn’t care to apologize for wasting peoples times as I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru. Manager didn’t offer to make me another sandwich after they messed up my order. Better management can get better trained employees to simply make an over priced sandwich faster and accurately made. Unfortunate Jimmy Johns doesn’t look at the reviews and see the common issue how the store is ran. After I showed half my sandwich was missing they brought over the 2 different kinds of meat over the counter and threw it on my sandwich. I’m sure that is sanitary where money is processed. I love Jimmy johns but this is the hands down worst location. Waste of time and money every time."
