Wendy's

"I went to the drive-through today and ordered the new sausage and egg English muffin. When I pulled away from the drive-through and open the sandwich, I immediately realized it was cold, and the muffin had barely been heated up or toasted. I went back to the drive-through, and they made me another sandwich with the identical, a dismissive attitude, and care about the quality of their food or service. This is normally one of my favorite fast food restaurants, but the location on Highway six in Missouri city must be under the poorest management ever. We have tried this location multiple times, giving it a second a third of fourth chance in hopes of finding the quality that we’re used to finding at a Wendy’s, but I’m done. Don’t waste your time with this location, they take no pride, and what they do- if they had done any due diligence, they would’ve realized that the sauce they were squirting on the sandwich was practically frozen, and that the English muffin needs to be toasted or at the very least heated up before you slap a Reconstituted, egg, and a piece of raw sausage on it."

"I've never been to Wendy's worse than this one. From constantly getting your orders wrong, or simply not serving items on the menu with no reason why, to being swindled into an upcharge "they only have large cups available" and they don't tell you. 0 stars if possible, horrible staff."

"Burger cold, fries cold, tried to charge me 32 cents for barbecue sauce. I hate ketchup, so I asked for barbecue sauce instead. I don't feel like that's unreasonable. The only thing saving you is that diamond of a guy who works at the drive-thru. He's dark-skinned and has a flare to his personality. He's the only reason I gave a star at all to this place"

"what bad service!! They even bother asking for a straw! Why do they bother if it is obvious that they have to give you a straw if you order drinks, I ordered a combo and I told them no soda, because they don't even have soda and they only gave me the hamburger, it's fine I went back to buy fries and they gave me a very bad attitude The girl, the food is not free so they serve with a bad attitude and even so I was not rude and she was rude to me,There are more places to buy food! I will not return to this location, the customer service is incredibly horrible"

"Ordered food and got home only to find out I was shorted! I ordered 2, 10 piece nuggets and a 4for 4 meal. What I received was 2,8 pieces and a 4x4. They shorted me a whole 4 nuggets and I highly doubt that was an accident. Probably thought I wouldn't notice. Only reason I noticed was because I came home and put the food on plates for my kids and it looked off so I counted them. Very disappointed"
