"First time at any Outback Steakhouse restaurant. It was a gift from my son. My steak was TOUGH! My cow must have had a rough life or violent exit. Left more on the plate than I ate. The waitress and manager did offer an alternative selection, but I was already trying to decide where I would be going to get something edible for lunch. Customer service was great though!"

"I can’t say enough about our recent experiences at Outback lately! We stopped coming to this location due to the quality of service and food. The food quality is now outstanding…cooked with just the right seasonings. The staff is out of bounds fantastic. Ask for Randal when you come, he will treat you to a great night. And the manager, Jashante, has a special connections with his staff and customers. He circles the restaurant 3 times checking in with customers with a smile and a quick hello. This Outback is quality through and through!"

"The baked potatoes were not done, The steak was unable to be chewed completely with multiple pieces spat out. Service was good. Drinks were good. Manager did visit table. We explained what was wrong that we were fine, but nothing was done even though she could see the pieces of meat on the appetizer plate and the half eaten baked potatoes. With tip bill was almost $90. I’ve run restaurants for 30 years and even if a guest says they’re fine because I don’t want to cause waves the manager should’ve done something. We will not be back."

"The food was superb! The steaks were well seasoned, tender, and juicy. The manager, Ms. Jasmine, and the guy she was with; had rare, quality, excellent customer service. Will definitely be back."

"Exceptional service from walking in the door to the manager to our waiter to the kitchen. The food was wonderful. Steak was cooked perfectly on our Steakhouse Salad. Cheese fries are my favorite and they were hot and crispy. The whole reason I love Outback is for the ranch dressing. Our drinks were very good! I loved the presentation of my Pina Koala."
